Stand With The Horsfalls

The 24-hour Football Fundraiser is raising vital funds for an incredibly special family facing a future that no one should have to face.

Our friend , Ryan Horsfall, is 39 years old and has had the earth shattering diagnosis of Motor Neurone Disease.

For those that do not know what MND is, it is a progressive neurological condition that gradually affects the nerves controlling movement, leading to increasing muscle weakness and loss of independence over time.

MND is fatal, life limiting and there is no cure. It is truly one of the worst, debilitating and unrelenting diseases anyone can endure.

Ryan is a young, fit, strong man who has always worked tirelessly as a self employed plumber to provide for his beautiful wife Kimi, and their 3 young children Lois, Jude and Sidney.

This diagnosis means that Ryan can no longer work, which will instantly leave the family without their sole source of income. They have no life insurance to cover them now or in the future, and whilst money is the least of their concerns, the mortgage and bills will still need to be paid.

Ryan's condition requires his home to be adapted for his future needs. The house they live in at the moment is not suitable for this, so they will have to move house on top of everything else.

All proceeds from the sale of this Supporters' Shirt will go directly to the Trust established to support The Horsfalls as they navigate this chapter of their lives.

CLUB SHOP ORDERS – STOCK PRODUCTS
Once your order has been placed, your garments will be picked, decorated,
packed, and sent out via our track and trace service within 15 working days,
subject to availability.

Each item is embroidered/printed to order, we do not hold already made stock,
therefore once the items have been embroidered with a club badge, initials, or a name they are non-returnable (please see our returns section here for full
details).

Items are despatched from the UK to Hong Kong or your chosen destination and shipping times are 10-12 working days. Once the goods arrive in Hong Kong, or your
chosen destination the customs clearance process will begin. Tessen Sports Services cannot be held reliable for clearance delays.

CLUB SHOP - PRE-ORDER PRODUCTS
Pre-order Bespoke garments are only available to purchase within the order windows specified on your club's homepage. After the order window has closed, all orders will be collated and sent to our factory, where they will be custom made on a 7-9 week lead-time (Subject to MOQs being met). Once made, these orders will be delivered to the address selected at checkout.

If your order contains both pre-order and stock items your order will not be despatched until the pre-order element has arrived. Your items will then be collated and delivered together at this time.

Once Manufacturing is complete, Items are despatched direct from our manufacturers and shipping times are 10-12 working days. Once the goods arrive in Africa, or your chosen destination the customs clearance process will begin. Tessen Sports Services cannot be held reliable for clearance delays.

BESPOKE TEAMWEAR ORDERS

Bespoke Ordering Leadtime’s are 7-9 weeks. All Manufacturing lead times commence once you have signed and approved for your order to go into production and your deposit has been received.

Returns

Products that feature your school logo, or personalisation (names/numbers/initials) are decorated to order, rendering them non-returnable and cannot be refunded except in the case of manufacturing error or faulty goods. In exceptional circumstances, some products can be exchanged due to sizing issues. However, exchanged sizes are not guaranteed until the following collection date (usually at the start of every academic term) and any exchanged garments must be in their original condition, with all labels, bag and tags intact.

*Notification of an issue/fault/shortfall with an order must be made in writing to us within 7 days of the collection day from the School. The goods must be returned in unused condition in their original packaging, including all attached labels and swing tags, and the cost of any subsequent loss, damage or reduction in value of the goods thereafter will be borne by the customer. For your protection we recommend that you use a recorded delivery or courier service with adequate insurance cover as we cannot be held responsible for goods not received.

The standard warranty for garments manufactured by SAMURAI is six months.
