Shipping & Delivery


Ordered garments are only available to purchase within the specified 'order window' on your school's homepage. After the 'order window' has closed, all orders will be collated and sent to the Tessen manufacturing facility, where they will be custom made on a 7-9 week lead-time (Subject to minimum order quantities (MOQs) being met).

Once made, your order will be delivered to the School ready for collection during the induction period in the early days of each new academic term.

At checkout, please select the relevant school to pick up your order from. This is free for all Millfield Runda School customers and will ensure your order is delivered to the school ready for collection as above.


Some clubs and schools offer different delivery options for their members, please check your shop’s homepage for more information.

For our club shop products we aim to embroidery, customise and fulfil within 15 working days. Please see your specific club shop's page for their delivery or collection information.


Once your order has been placed, your garments will be picked, decorated, packed, and sent out via our track and trace service within 15 working days, subject to availability. 

Each item is embroidered/printed to order, we do not hold already made stock, therefore once the items have been embroidered with a club badge, initials, or a name they are non-returnable (please see our returns section here for full details).

Our courier will provide parcel recipients with a one-hour delivery window, notified by SMS or email, so you don't have to wait in all day. All we need is your email address or mobile phone number and you will be able to follow your SAMURAI deliver to your front door.

The standard cost for delivery is £5.50 but may vary depending on your country/region.


Does SAMURAI offer exchanges/returns?

Products that feature your school logo, or personalisation (names/numbers/initials) are decorated to order, rendering them non-returnable and cannot be refunded except in the case of manufacturing error or faulty goods. In exceptional circumstances, some products can be exchanged due to sizing issues. However, exchanged sizes are not guaranteed until the following collection date (usually at the start of every academic term) and any exchanged garments must be in their original condition, with all labels, bag and tags intact.

*Notification of an issue/fault/shortfall with an order must be made in writing to us within 7 days of the collection day from Millfield Runda School. The goods must be returned in unused condition in their original packaging, including all attached labels and swing tags, and the cost of any subsequent loss, damage or reduction in value of the goods thereafter will be borne by the customer. For your protection we recommend that you use a recorded delivery or courier service with adequate insurance cover as we cannot be held responsible for goods not received.

The standard warranty for garments manufactured by SAMURAI is six months.
